Click Register in the top navigation and choose the buyer account type. Verify your email address, then complete your company profile so suppliers can see who they're dealing with.
Use the search bar or category browser to find products. Filter results by country of origin, minimum order quantity, and verified status to shortlist suppliers that fit your needs.
Open any product page and click Send Inquiry. This starts a real-time chat with the seller where you can ask questions, request documents, and negotiate pricing.
Before committing to a bulk order, use the Request Sample button on a product page or inside an inquiry thread. Most sellers ship samples within a few business days.
Once terms are agreed, place your order from the inquiry thread. Payments are held securely in escrow and released to the seller once you confirm delivery.
Visit your dashboard and open Orders to see live status updates, shipping details, and delivery confirmation for every order you place.
Click Join as Seller on the homepage, provide your business details, and complete the KYC verification process. Approval typically takes 2–5 business days.
From your seller dashboard go to Products → Add Product. Add a clear title, description, pricing tiers, MOQ, and high-quality photos, then submit for review.
New inquiries appear in your dashboard inbox. Reply promptly, answer questions clearly, and use the built-in flow tools to qualify buyers faster.
Confirm orders as they come in, update shipment status, and track escrow releases from the Orders tab. Funds are released once the buyer confirms delivery.
